It is no longer news that the 49 members of Rivers State Correspondents Chapel of Nigerian Union of journalists are at National Industrial Court of Nigeria over alleged unconstitutional 3rd term usurpation office of Chairman by Ernest Chinwo of THIS DAY Newspapers Lagos against majority wishes of others.

Towncrier.ng here reveals the inner court documents as presented to National Industrial Court Nigeria Port Harcourt Judicial Division presided over His Lordship Justice A. Ibrahim.
On the adjoined date of 1st March, 2018 both counsels to the parties in the suit will open the court with presentations of motions, and counter motions before taking the next stage which whether The National Industrial Court of Nigeria has jurisdiction to hear the case. As a new adjoined date is expected to be taken by the legal counsels for arguments in the matter.
