HOW OJUKAYE FLAG AMACHREE MAINTAINS STATE CHAIRMAN IRRESPECTIVE OF SUPREME COURT JUDGMENT

The irony of power drunk Amaechi group All Progressives Congress—APC Rivers state chapter are now parading themselves as authentic officials of the political party in the state irrespective of the myriad of Supreme Court Judgment against state executives led by Ojukaiye Flag Amachree which led to the delisting of APC Direct and Indirect elected party candidates for House of Assembly, Governor, Deputy Governor, House of Representatives and Senate.

The Comrade Peter Odike led All Progressives Congress-APC was recognized in the eye of the Law as authentic officials of APC in Rivers state but Ojukaiye Flag Amachree has been making Radio announcement usurping the position of state Chairman of APC in Rivers state.

The same attribute goes for Mr. Chris Finebone who severally declares himself as the Party Secretary in Rivers state a situation which is illegal. And Emeka Bekee severally claims to be State Secretary of The Party in Rivers State. At the 319 wards the political scenario play out as the party executives who emerged from the illegal Ward, Local Government and State Congresses have refused to give up their positions and allow the status quo to remain as declared by Justice Chinwendu Nworgu on May, 2018.
