FACE OF A LIAR: POLICE REPORT INDICTS ERNEST CHINWO –MAY BE CHARGED FOR FALSE INFORMATION

When the hunter becomes the hunted is the way Ernest Chinwo has displayed his poor leadership style when he approached Rivers State Police Command vide Police Commissioner and applied for Police Protection in disguise of which the actual purpose was to use the Police presence to stop majority of the 49-members from attending the purported Friday, 26th , February, 2018 election whereby he declared himself duly elected for 3rd term without any vote been cast for him by the 14-members present at the illegal assembly.

Towncrier.ng reliably gathered that trouble started for Ernest Chinwo when on the eve of Friday, 26th January, 2018 at the Manifestoes Night Thursday 25th, January, 2018 the attendance never met the constitutional two-third of 49 which stood at 31-members. And when Mr. Akpekwu Christopher Imbufe and his Legacy team majority members visited the place to making sure that since the Wednesday 24th of January, 2018 National Industrial Court of Nigeria Port Harcourt Judicial Division Court BAILIFF service on Ernest Chinwo and his puppet leadership there should have been no need for any gathering.

However, to make matters worse, Ernest Chinwo walked up to Mile One Police Division about 200-meters away from the Secretariat of Correspondents’ chapel Rivers State Nigeria Union of Journalism and lodged a complaint accusing Mr. Akpekwu Christopher Imbufe, Chief Julius Ogba, Mr.Chijioke Nwankpa and Mr. Adaye Iyalla of wanton  damage and conducts leading to breach of peace. And the Divisional Police Officer-DCO-1 Usman Sadiq investigated the allegations as he visited the scene of the alleged crime.

He thus wrote his reports to his superior Divisional Police Officer-DPO Diobu Division  Chief Superintendent of Police -CSP Hassan Yahaya, who wrote on 20th, February, 2018 reference CB:4099/RSBA/VOL.2/97 National industrial Court of Nigeria Port Harcourt Rivers state and titled “POLICE INVESTIGATION REPORT RE: CASE OF CONDUCT LIKELY TO CAUSE THE BREACH OF PEACE” The conclusion of the investigation stated thus “INVESTIGATION:-Base on the strength of the report the complainant volunteer(sic) his statement alongside with the four suspects that were brought to the station by the policemen on Special duty in the chapel both parties made statement and the Divisional Crime Officer lead us to the scene of crime and nothing incriminating was found thereafter parties were advise to go home and maintain peace, hence all of them are members of the same union while case was kept in view(KIV) suspects were released unconditionally.” The above reports vividly indict the complainant Ernest Chinwo as a serial liar whose reports should not be trusted on face value until verified by competent investigative authorities such as Nigerian Police Rivers State Command had done via Mile One Police Division.
