The Cross River state born Police woman and married to a Police man of Abbey Family of Grand Bonny Island makes Dr (Mrs) Rita Innoma Abbey a wonderful Police Officer with exemplary conduct of intelligent and a scholar to observe. She is a Lawyer having obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law LL.B from Rivers state university of Science and Technology Nkpolu-Orowurokwo Port Harcourt now called Rivers state university and she attended Nigeria Advance Legal Education popularly called Nigeria Law School with a Barrister-At-Law certificate.

This light complexioned beauty and brain mother and public officer cum servant is a member of Actors Guild of Nigeria-AGN as she has written movie scripts that will put you on the cinema seat glued with suspense while watching her plays. This lady of eminence is also a member of Association of Nigerian Authors-ANA and she belongs to Nigerian Institute of Public Relations –NIPR Rivers state chapter. As a trained Lawyer she is a registered member of Nigerian Bar Association-NBA.
