Easter Message: I stand with everyone to ensure defeat of deadly Coronavirus pandemic~ Amaechi

Former Rivers State Governor, Chibuike Amaechi and Minister of Transportation has called on Christians in Rivers State to celebrate the crucifixion and rise of Jesus Christ from death, with hearts filled with love, peace, humility and forgiveness.

In an Easter message signed, by him, he called on Nigerians to have firm believe in God, stressing that he stands with everyone working to ensure the defeat of deadly Coronavirus pandemic.

Amaechi noted that the difficult, challenging and anxious times will test our faith and resolve, but everyone must remember that in God lies the solution to all worries.

While emphasising that the virus is real and does not discriminate, he called on Rivers People and Nigerians to obey all health advisories assuring this Covid19 shall pass just like other human challenges.
