Ex Gov. Amaechi’s Former Chief Of Staff -Honourable Tony Okocha Recovers From Sickness

The former chief of Staff to ex Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi and now frontline supporter of Senator Magnus Ngei Abe for 2019 Governorship bid, Honourable Tony Okocha has been ill all the while the struggle to claim Wards, LGAS and state delegates in All Progressive Congress in Rivers state lasted. On Friday, 17th of August, 2018 the lanky Philosophy graduate from University of Port Harcourt and native of Rumuigbo community in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers state was visibly seen in a recovery mood from sickness which this source may not disclose.

 

Based on his contributions to the successful struggle to wrestling political power from Nyesom Wike led PDP as the ruling Government in Rivers state Honourable  Tony Okocha was recognized at the opening ceremony by distinguished Senator Magnus Ngei Abe who praised him for remaining steadfast in the political struggle for 2019 Rivers state Governorship race.

He was once a Political Aide to Nyesom Wike at Obio/Akpor LGA when he was Chairman of the council after which Chief Tony Okocha became a chief executive of the same LGA thereafter.
