Nigeria is a country that despite her many challenges which include seeming poor leadership, economic threats by incessant corruption, menacing activities of criminals and other vices bedeviling the existence of the country, God has been so gracious to Nigeria to have yet, blessed her with noble children. A look at today’s rising phenomenon amongst the youths would surely drop someone’s jaws realizing the level at which the growing and adult youths get themselves in crimes and fictitious criminals to the detriment of the country. Realizing the urgent need to curb any forms of crimes, Presidential Buhari did all he could to curb the effects of corruption and nip it on the board once and for all. But, in the midst of all these crimes being perpetuated most especially by the younger generations, there are some of the youths who played big roles in rebranding the image of the country positively. One of these youths is Oladele Fasuyi. He is an Information Technology expert who boast of a whopping 20 years of consulting and business management. Fasuyi also has prudent experience in technology solutions, project and program management. Oladele Fasyi has proven his mettle in so many occasion. He is a man of integrity whose leadership capacities could never be underrated. As a young man with an uncommon passion for education, Fasuyi holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Computer Science from the premier higher institution in Nigeria, the University of Ibadan and a Masters in Computer Security from the University of Liverpool. As a youth with burning desires for education, Oladele Fasuyi further moved ahead to the Lagos Business School, IBM Global Sales School and INSEAD Business School. Fasuyi is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) couples with being an ITIL expert in IT Services management. This amiable man is a member of several professional bodies both locally and internationally.
Today, as a result of resilience, dedication, focus and undiluted passion for growth, Oladele Fasuyi has extensive experience in implementing core banking applications, Enterprise Resource Planning applications (SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite, Dynamics 365), Business Intelligence and AI, integration, business process design, infrastructure management, digital and cloud transformation.
In the course of displaying his IT expertise, Fasuyi managed several projects working with Computer Warehouse Group (CWG Plc), IBM Global Services and Microsoft Corporation. Having delivered all these sterling projects successfully, Fasuyi in 2019 emerged a leading contestant for the Lagos State House of Assembly aiming to represent the people of Ifako Ijaiye constituency 01 where he believe vividly that he would be able to prove his close alliance with the grassroots and reciprocate the love shown him by both political leaders and the entire people of the constituency. In ensuring that he did all he could to cater for the needs of the poor and vulnerable, Oladele Fasuyi empowered the youth to be more proactive and battle ready for future challenges and as someone who value the old and elderly, Fasuyi also caters for the senior citizens in Ifako Ijaiye LGA. All these empowerments and philanthropic gestures are on monthly basis. In this harsh and uncertain period of the ravaging corona virus epidemic which is currently killing thousands of people globally and which enforced a necessary lockdown, Hon. Oladele Fasuyi gave out palliatives like cash and food items to ease the tension caused by the stay at home order. Islamic brothers and sisters observing the Ramadan are not also left out. Honourable Oladele Fasuyi is a devoted Christian, a God-fearing, caring and dotting father who is happily married and blessed with two lovely children. With the present situation on ground and the level at which the people of Ifako Ijaiye are yearning for a better change, then there won’t be doubting the fact that this vastly responsible man is needed to move the Ifako Ijaiye LGA and Lagos State forward towards getting to the promised land.
