Osinbajo is heir to M K O Abiola – Babafemi Ojudu

A call has been made to the people of Rivers State to brace up an embrace the aspiration of Vice President, Yemi Osibanjo as president come 2023.

The call was made by Senator Babafemi Ojudu, Senator Representing Ekiti Central at the Consultative Meetings in Rivers State, Monday, Port Harcourt.

According to him, the Vice President’s coming out would be the second time in Nigeria’s history that a candidate so loved by all the tribes in Nigeria is coming out to seek the mandate of the people for the top job in the country.

Senator Babafemi Ojudu revealed that the first time was in 1993 when MKO Abiola contested and won the presidency under the Social Democratic Party, SDP.
He adduced that in this regard, Osibanjo is the direct heir of MKO Abiola in the current political dispensation in the country.

The Senator Representing Ekiti Central says, the Osibanjo project is informed by the state of political situation in the country. Osibanjo has the humility and honesty to govern the country and he would change the narrative in the country in two years.
“The Osibanjo/Zulum ticket is movement for a true radical change in the country.”
