Police Torturing My Husband To Say Edison Ehie Sent Him To Burn Rivers House Of Assembly Complex -Wife alleges

* My husband was abducted and is being tortured to implicate Edison Ehie as bomber of Assembly Complex.

Mrs Precious Macpherson, wife of Olumini Macpherson has alleged that men of Intelligence Response Unit(IRT) located inside building of Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad headquarters,Gudu,Abuja are forcing her husband through torture to confess that Edison Ehie, factional Speaker loyal to Governor Siminalayi Fubara sent him and two others to burn down House of Assembly Complex in Rivers State on, October 29.

In an interview with Journalists, Mrs MacPherson said:”He was abducted on his way back from a burial he went at Ekaeta in Ahoada in Ahoada East local government area on December 16,2023.

“Initially we thought it was a kidnap case because I tried calling him for two days his phone was ringing he did not pick until his phone was switched off.

“I became worried,I travelled from Port Harciurt to Ahoada to enquire from the Police station in Ahoada,they said is not upto 48 hours they cannot declare him missing.

“On Monday December 18,2023 I was told he is in Port Harcourt in the former SARS headquarters,Rupokwu.

The arrest of Olumini MacPherson and his alleged torture to rope in Edison Ehie factional Speaker loyal to Governor Fubara is coming days after the controversial Eight -point Abuja peace accord that is subject of protests and litigations was signed.

It was be recalled that Edison Ehie had raised alarm alleging there have relentless efforts to recruit people to implicate him for crime he never committed because of his avowed principled stand to continue to support Fubara.

According to the wife of Olumini MacPherson and two others arrested on their way from burial and transferred to Police Headquarters Abuja where he being detained and tortured to implicate Edison Ehie as the alleged Arsonist that bombed Rivers Assembly complex.
