Rivers: Ahoada Youths Appeal For Equity And Fairness In Political Selection

We the Concerned youths of Igbu Akoh in Ahoada East constituency 1, will like to draw the attention of His Excellency,Chief Barr. Ezenwo Nyesom Wike CON, GSSRS, POS (Africa), Executive Governor of Rivers State, PDP Elders, Stakeholders and indeed the entire PDP leaders of Ahoada East Local Government Area to the injustice perpetuated by some select few against peace and loving people of  Ahoada East Constituency I.

Your Excellency sir, Ahoada East Constituency 1 is made up of Ahoada and Akoh. With the current zoning arrangement, its the turn of  Akoh to produce the next Assembly member which Hon. Peace Budu Amakiri Ideozu is aspiring for.

It is worthy of note that Akoh has three wards (11, 12 and 13). Over time the different House of Assembly Members have been occupied by people from ward 13. Late Hon. Ikerechi, Dame Hon. (Mrs.) Beatrice Awala and Hon. Dr. Nname Robinson Ewoh ( Current Vice Chairman, Rivers West Senatorial District PDP) are all from ward 13. The current Deputy Chairman of Ahoada East LGA is from Ward 12 & former two terms LGA Executive Chairman.

We the people of Ward 11 have been left without recognition, while we pull the highest votes during elections and have always been ardent supporter of your Excellency and PDP. 

Your Excellency sir, kindly reconsider this as we know that you are a man of honour who believe in justice, fairness and  equity.

We humbly plead you grant ward 11 this golden opportunity to represent the Constituency.

Finally, we pledge our unalloyed loyalty to your government, PDP and your presidential bid.
